Returning to this historic house that we first renovated in 2008, we added a 9,500 square foot addition filled with modern amenities that retain the home’s original charm.
MASSIVE EXPANSION
The addition includes a two-story library, art gallery, art studio, dining room, 2 beds/baths, elevator, 4-bay garage, 2 covered porches, and a large deck.
PERIOD EXTERIOR
The addition’s exterior finishes include cedar shake roofing and siding, copper Yankee gutters, and exterior moldings and crown work.
MATCHING STONEWORK
To complete this seamless addition, exterior stonework required mixing three types of stone in order to match the original.
