LAKE HOUSE RETREAT
We remodeled this basement into a timeless and comfortable living space.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass doors, white subway tile, and a built-in marble bench. The floor features hexagon-shaped tile for a modern aesthetic. A wooden vanity features his and hers sinks with marble countertops.
The bedroom has white trim work on the lower half of the wall, with light-gray walls on the upper portion. Three windows and a large glass door allow in light, giving this space a cheerful vibe. The dark wooden floors are a nice contrast to the lighter colors used throughout the room.
LIVING SPACES
We built a family room area that features two double French doors, dark wooden flooring, and exposed beams. This area features a fireplace with a modern vibe. The kitchenette features a wine cooler, oven, refrigerator, and navy-blue cabinetry with marble countertops, backsplash, and a kitchen sink.
BRIGHT AND AIRY OFFICE SPACE
We designed an office space perfect for working remotely. It has a timeless aesthetic with navy blue walls accented by white trim. A wall of double-hung windows with colonial-style grilles on the upper sashes provides plenty of natural sunlight into the room. Wooden floors add beauty to the space.
